Undergraduate students at UNC who are interested in joining the lab for undergrad research must complete at least one of the two courses I teach.

Students interested in hands-on experimental research are required to take the fall course, BIOL 437: Neural Engineering.

Students interested in computational neuroscience are required to take the spring course, BIOL 490: Introduction to Systems and Computational Neuroscience, to be considered.
